Saturday dance practice...

Todae is a real toture to us. It was so tiring. Why? When the dance instructor came in, we were asked to do warm up. The warm up was rather tiring and toturing. We have to stretch here and stretch there. Most of the stretchings we had not done brfore. She was really totuing her. She would push us very hard till we were very painful... No pain no gain... Then about one hour of warm up, we had 5 minutes break and start to practice our dance steps. She will correct our mistakes and asked us to dance again. It is so tiring...
Finally, we had finished our dance but she still wants us to do sit ups and split. Luckily, the school is closing so we have to go or else she may not want to go and continue with the stretchings...:)
