Monday dance practice

It is so tiring. First, our dance instructor is so angry with us. He saw many of the girls tying hair or sitting down to chat... What he do? He punished us by running for lots of runs. It may be good for us but it is damn tiring. I felt so tiring and feel like going to faint soon. At least we managed to finish running... The dance instructor said the our 2.4km running must not be more than 12 mins. Crazy! I always run about 18 mins for 2.4km run. If I pass, i will be very happy liao... What! Now i must run faster for six minutes!!! That's just going to kill me! Why did i join dance? Also, the dance instructor said that sit and reach must be more than 55cm... We must not be less than 55cm or we will have intensive training under him. Why is my life so terrible. I really feel that i am very stupid to be in the dance club. After all the running, we did a bit of stretching like-stradle, sit-up and others. We had a five minute break like drinking of water and recalling of steps. The dance instructor changed some new steps and we did not come last week so some other seniors taught us. We practiced for a lot of times and we learnt some new steps too. I think that we are really very slow... Lastly, we finished our dance and went home...:) This is always the time i have waited for... It is the best time...
